- Complete the Bonus Referral Form
- Forward candidate’s resume & completed Bonus Form to your Trillium Recruiter or send to careers@trilliumteam.com with subject line stating “REFERRAL”
- Assist TTI in selling the company and closing the potential candidate, if needed
- Remember, once we hire your referral & they work fulltime for just 90 days, you will receive your 1st referral fee payment installment!
