High Level Overview of Our Process
Our process begins with an initial client meeting to review the job description and employee benefits during a one-hour phone, Zoom or Teams call.
This is followed by a second meeting to address any questions and concerns in a half-hour phone, Zoom or Teams call.
Our candidate selection process includes but is not limited to:
> pre-screening candidate credentials
> conducting technical screenings and reviews
> completing 3 candidate reference checks
> format resumes specific to candidates
> send client benefit summary to candidates
A detailed candidate screening/interview is then performed, followed by an evaluation and final assessment.
Credentials and reference checks for three (3) vetted candidates are sent to the client, and interviews are scheduled with these candidates.
Finally, the client makes their selection.
