Leading the Team

Marianne Stanalajczo
President & CEO

Marianne is the President and CEO of Trillium Teamologies, Inc. (TTI), a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) based in Michigan. She assumed this role in September 2014, taking control of day-to-day activities, as a result, she also gained controlling interest, making TTI a woman-owned company. Under her leadership, TTI became a certified WBE through the Great Lakes Women's Business Counsel in 2015.

Marianne's journey with TTI began in 1998, when she was offered a temporary position as the lead for the data entry team on a large Ford Motor Company project. Her expertise in technology and business acumen impressed everyone, including the end customer, and the project was successfully delivered. Marianne's role turned into a full-time position that included reception, accounting/finance, recruiting support, sourcing coordination, and office operations. She held several operational and project-related positions before becoming TTI's CEO and President. Before joining TTI, Marianne co-founded Reflex Systems with her late husband, Charles, who was an inventor. Reflex Systems initially focused on inventions that would help increase physical dexterity and mobility, targeting physical rehab centers. Marianne ran all front-office aspects of the business, while Charles developed and refined the products as the inventor/builder. Together, they developed and patented multiple devices over the years. Marianne's career began as a secretary in the Chevrolet Engine Engineering department at General Motors Tech Center in Warren, MI. She worked there for four years, moving from the engine engineering group to the product engineering team. Her career at General Motors ended when she had her first child in 1959, and she became a stay-at-home mom for the next 28 years. When her youngest children were teenagers, Marianne went back to school at Macomb Community College and enrolled in various computer classes. Her success in the classroom led to an opportunity to work in the college's data processing lab, where she worked as a senior data lab technician for nine years. Now, in 2023, Marianne continues to provide strong leadership, drawing on her abilities and life experiences to oversee TTI's operations. She believes in taking risks and trying new things and advises anyone in business to do the same.
